Purchase Order for Services

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello,

I have a client who is requiring for us that, when he is placing a purchase orders for services (I mean items whose type is services) he could specify in a detailed way what is the purpose of the service that he is requiring in the PO , for example: "For repair Air Conditioning Building 2 Floor 5 Office 2-5-1" and not just specify a generic ítem "Repair".

Is there a way to accomplish this?

Thanks in advance!!

I would suggest using the Notes specific to Purchase Orders to store specific information for contracts. This can even be used to store documents associated with agreements relevant to the PO, as well as text.  Text base information can be added to reports as required through customization using Report Writer.
