Vendor collaboration - user workflows

I setup Vendor collaboration in new company.
In creation process new access for vendor we must run 3 user workflow:
 
I moved this workflow to from demo to new company but it not start working
when I go to  Vendor collaboration user requests > Request ID > workflow> history it not started
 
I don't now why is not started and also in /Work items/ is empty, demo D365 was showing person
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,
    Can you check if the batch servers are working and if there is a workflow message processing job configured and running correctly without errors?
    Review the system settings related to workflows in the new company. Verify that the settings are aligned with the requirements of the workflows. For example, check if any specific workflow-related settings are different between the demo and the new environment.
