Crew members not appearing in bookings

Hi,

I am trying to book 2 crews on work order each has 4 members associated to it.

Crew 01 with 4 members

Crew 02 with 4 members 

But When i do the booking only one crew get assign on work order, whichever is booked first.  The other crew 02 do get assign but its member do not get assign.

Could anyone help why this is happening

Kokulan  could anyone of you suggest me what to do in such scenario.
