another MVP provided the zip file of the CRM 2011 SDK, I uploaded it in a onedrive shared folder, you can find the link below

I have the 2013 sdk but not the 2011 one, however there are some unofficial nuget package with the DLLs (or you can extract the DLLs also from the onpremise server where the 2011 is installed)
there is a specific need for having the full SDK?
