On-premise SQL Table Name Suffix

The SQL Tables of the Business Central Database has long ID as suffix. What is the name for that ID and where can I find more about it? If we write SQL Query in one environment and need to use the same query in another environment, we have to rename the tables in Query since the ID may be different. What is the best way to re-use SQL Query Scripts in such situations?

All the tenant tables have now an ID that could be the base application ID or system application ID or whatever App ID.

They should not change in any environment, unless these comes from different app.

Can you please explain more about how the ID's per table are generated?

We have an application that will support multiple BC customers? So, how would we know each customer's table suffix Id?
