    RE: Incorrect Record Length

When you click on your start button, in the command box you can type in %temp% and then ENTER(RETURN). This will take you to you temp folder where Windows stored temporary files. You can safely delete all of these files. We are not talkig about Internet Temp files. Are you seeing these errors on multiple computers or jsut one? Make sure you give Full Control to your GP program folder.

    Hi,

Try just deleting temp files via Internet Options (Windows | Control Panel | Internet Options).

The thing is, the error just refers to your TEMP folder being full already or nearly full.

As for Richards' recommendation, you don't have to worry for 'accidentally' deleting files as that folder is just temporary information your computer needs - which will be loaded back once you open applications/ access websites.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

Richard thanks - but I'm kind of ignorant when it comes to these things - could you be more specific? What we did was: Command Prompt from Start menu - changed directories - ran the %temp% but no 'tnt' files were there.  upon more investigation we found "tmp" files - any 'tnt' files weren't just 'tnt'. Just want to make sure when we delete we are deleting the correct files

Type %temp% at your command prompt. Delete any tnt files and try again.
