User does not have send-as privilege

The use has a privilige to send mail by crm, If I entered to the system with the user password I can send the mail (by clicking on send button) but when my JOB tries ti send it I get an error and the mail stayed in draft state.

What can I do in that case? what is the problem?

User need to check "Allow other Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to sent email on your behalf" option from user's personal option.

personal settings  -->Email tab-->"Allow other Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to send email on your behalf".

When Job (or Workflow) running in Admin user "A" credentials (or running in Admin user context), but the Email "From" activity party is another user "B", then verify this:

User A: their Security role should have miscellaneous Privileges -"Send Email as Another User"

User B: their personal settings should have checked "Allow other Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to sent email on your behalf" under Email tab
