What are the key factors for a successfull Dynamics CE implemenetation and also a long-term use and investment of the system?

Hello community,

What would you say are the keys for a successfull Dynamics CE implementation?  What are the key factors to make the organization use and develop it and not stagnate after it has been released in the organization (go lived) ?

    Hi partner,

    In terms of business, we should first make clear the reasons for using D365, such as better management of customer data, development of new business, better after-sales management, improvement of customer satisfaction, or more professional and comprehensive control of the market. Since D365 can provide different application solutions according to the needs of different industries, we should give full play to the advantages of D365 in our own industries to make our business to a higher level.

    From a development perspective, D365CE support very large degree of customization development, we can according to our specific business requirements of custom D365 functions, such as the use of workflow automatically send and receive mail, to create a case, such as using js web resource to the realization of the function of customized form, or use a plug-in in the background to the operation of the data further.

    In a word, D365 can really help us make our business better. You are very welcome to use this product. If you have any questions, you can ask in this forum.
