list of open opportunities connected to open jobs

Hi there

Our current set up is that people have to manually close an opportunity when they open the job.

I've had a look through the reports and filters and it doesn't look possible - is there some way of pulling a list of open opportunities that are connected to open jobs?

Thanks in advance for any advice.
