Permissions prevented the action (table data 73352)

A user is unable to access the item card due to permissions. He is able to view the item table but not the individual item cards. He gets the attached error message, which has to do with AUK workflows.
Anyone know how that permission set has anything to do with opening an item card?

    Hello,
     
    The Object ID from the error is in the range for customization app.
     
    It might be best to ask the vendor on the purpose/requirement.
     
    Likely, could be because of added customized workflow to the Item card page.
