Hi Guys,
I don't know how to reschedule the phone call activity in Sales module. Is there any way for rescheduling activities using Workflow or Plugin.. Help me Guys.

Phone call activity is different than appointment or service activity , it doesnt have a scheduling option.
it will just have due date and can be directly assigned to the person who needs to call the customer.
Ok.. in my requirement we want to reschedule the phone call it is possible to do in Either Using workflow or Plugin
Hi Dinesh , I am afraid its not possible for phone call as Schedulerequest class in the SDK is for only appointment and service actvity.
I am still confused - what exactly is the requirement, what you are expecting out of phpne call activity , would you mind explaining a bit more.
I have created a field called Additional Call Required(with options required and not required - defaulted to not required) and also Follow Up Call Date(which will be mandatory when user selects Required). Then I created a workflow which checks if the Additional Call Required is set to Required and it will create a new Phone Call activity which will have the Additional Call Required field defaulted to Not Required.
