GP13 User detail Security Access Export

We have been asked by our auditors to pull a full user list of names and their full access.  I have found a few Administration reports, but nothing at a more drilled down level of what they have access to.  Any leads?

    Hi Nicole

I would still organise a trial of GP Power Tools as it can slice and dice the information in far more ways that the SQL Query.

    Hi Nicole,

This view might help if you want to get a detailed list and copy it into Excel:

    Hi,

You need to get the Support Debugging Tool (free for versions prior to 2015). For 2015 it's available from Winthrop Development Consultants www.winthropdc.com/products_GPPT.htm for a ridiculously low price of $1 per day - $365 - no matter how many users you have. You can get the detailed security information you need and download it to Excel. Truly, it's exactly what auditors want. Your other option is to run a SQL query to look at the various security tables. There is a query out there that has already been created and I think you can get it at Victoria Yudin's site.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie
