I have imported documents form OLE notes. sa is able to log in and open the attachements. Same PC user logs in and when they click the 'PReview' button for the attachment they get the message "Unable to Preview this attachment"
The user has 'Default User' security role and also the 4 security tasks for document attach. This also happens for DYNSA

This has been corrected in the most current release (804).
This is a quality issue, the case is marked as "Tracking", which means that the GP team is continuing to track this and provide a solution in future releases.
No as I said in my details above explaining, we have added the 'Default Security Role'.
We created a Company_Default user added 'Default User' and the 4 Document Attach Security options to the newly created role and added this to the users.
We still get the error.
I think you should create a new role with assigning Task ID default User and some other permissions. Then assign to this role id to appropriate users.
