Is Skip Filter Supported by the web apis of Dynamics CRM?

I don't think Skip is supported in Web API. Refer this:

The options $skip, $count, $search, $expand and $levels aren’t supported for the Web API.

no way with $skip but you could use _next attribute to reach next page records.
