How can I mass upload product receipt If We used warehouse management ?

Dear Expert ,

When we perform a product receipt in D365 FO, we aim to select multiple purchase orders and multiple lines from one vendor. However, currently, we can only select them one by one because we have implemented warehouse management in our D365 FO system. Do we have any data entities or Excel add-ins for mass uploading receipts from suppliers if we have enabled warehouse management?
I have the same question (0)

Are you using the Warehouse app to register receipt of items on your Purchase orders?

    Hi GuyUK,

We can't used warehouse app to register because We receipt a lot of Purchase lines at once. That's why We want to use a mass upload function.

For this type of receiving, without using functionality in the Warehouse module, F&O has Arrival overview & Item arrival journals.

I think this help page covers it. I also think you can use arrival even if the Warehouse module is enabled.

You definitely can use Arrival, even if the Warehouse management app is turned on - I just tested it to confirm. What issue do you hit when you try the Arrival process?

    Dear GuyUK,

Because we use a warehouse management app, when we receive items, we must register them first before proceeding to post the receipt.

When we use the item arrival function, we only perform the first step.

The link I posted it explains how to post a product receipt at the end of the arrival process.

There is no data entity or excel add-in which can import and post a Product receipt.
