Hi,
I want to create dashboard for opportunities and it's activities, Do any knows how to create dashboard in CRM.

You can refer the following articles regarding How to create dashboards as it totally depends on your companies requirement about how they want to visualize the existing data by using dashboards.

For customizing Charts you can refer this excellent blog which has many useful ways which will help to present data in an efficient manner.

Go to settings >>customisation >>customise the system >> entity>>activity>> views
Create a new view
Filter by "regarding opportunity " created on contains data
Activity type = select whatever activities u want
Save & close
Go to settings >> customisation >> customise the system >> entity>>activity >>charts
Create a new chart
Select the view which you have created in the above step
Select x and y axis
Publish all
Now go to sales>> activities >> All activities >> on the right hand side >> expand the chart area and select & see your chart
