CRM 4.0 Excel Export - 1,000 row limit.

Hello,

Many users are only able to export a max of 1,000 rows of data from CRM to Excel, even if the numbers of records in the view are higher than this. The worksheet we are using is 'Static worksheet with records from all pages in the current view'.

I realize there is a 10,000 limit in the application, but this is not the issue here.

    its easy

    - Start Regedit
    - Navigate to HKLMachine\Software\Microsoft\MSCRM
    - Create a new DWORD value named 'maxrecordsforexporttoexcel'
    - Give the new value any value (minimum is 10,000)

     That is the CRM 3.0 Procedure, for CRM 4.0 you must change in the database of CRM. Of course MSFT don't recommend direct changes on CMR Database. the right way is to contact Dynamics Support Team
