Hi,
This error comes normally when
1 - Scenario 1 - Registration done using mobile device - Items are registered but there is an open put away work. In this case cancel the work and after which it works. There is also the parameter in the warehouse management parameters which allows for cancellation of registration if work is cancelled.
2 - Scenario 2 - Registration done without mobile device - Its simple select the registered line > Click Add registration line > It comes in Botton grid > Click confirm registration > Its cancelled and ordered transactions are increased.
3 - Scenario 3 - No matter how registration is done - On hand for the item should be on the exact dimensions as shown on the registration form (Same location, same license plate and same status) It works
4 - Scenario 4 - No matter how registration is done - The on-hand stock on the exact dimension should be 100 percent available physical and there should be no reservations against it. If reservation exist remove them from source and try cancelling and it works.
5 - Scenario 5 - Check if quality order exists for the license plate. if yes cancel it and try again.
6 - Is product receipt posted?

1 - Registration form and the line you are trying to cancel.
2 - the item on exact dimensions and the Physical inventory, Physical reserved, and Available Physical are visible.
