Enable Microsoft Entra Application Card

I am getting the error message mentioned below when I want to change the status of Microsoft Entra Application Card from Disabled to Enabled. I have talked to our system Admin but he doesn't know anything in this regard. Please help me solve my problem, It's really urgent.

Error message:
You need to have either SECURITY or SECURITY privileges in the user permission set to update the state.

Hi, this is obviously a permissions issue.

In addition, please remove the Company Name of this permission in the User Card. Because this table is valid for all companies, it cannot be enabled if you only have permission for one company.

But the problem is that I don't have access to the security part, so I can't edit or add my permissions. Although I am Global Admin, still I can't access some features.

If you don't have access to add the permission, you need to ask someone with SUPER permission in BC.

Teddy is right, you have to let someone with permissions add your permissions.
Or you can ask the super user to enable Microsoft Entra Application.
