Floatrates exchange rate service

Hi Everyone

I've been having some issues with the floatrates service not updating the exchange rates - we are receiving the following error:
 

The issue happened on the 6th of March, and then again on the 19th of April.

    Verify the XML data's formatting by looking at its source. All other items ought to be surrounded by a single root element.

    If the XML data is coming from an external source, such as a web service, you may need to contact the provider to report the issue. They may be able to provide a corrected data feed or help you modify your configuration to handle the data correctly.

    If the issue persists, you might want to think about turning off the float rates service for a while and updating the exchange rates with a new approach. You may manually import a CSV file with the most recent currency rates, for instance.

    Perhaps there is a problem with the setup of your service?
