Obtain Account information via ANI value passed by a URL into CRM

Hello All,

I'm trying to connect a Cisco Phone Switch to CRM by sending a URL with the ANI (phone number) of the incoming call to CRM so CRM can identify the Customer. I rely on the following:

I understand I need to leverage in the SDK some how may be with a HTML page/JavaScript??

Any ideas/links/information would be greatly appreciated.

You will have to write JavaScript for this. You can create a html web resource, on load, get the data from URL and redirect to the required customer form. You can find the URL to the customer form by opening the customer form in a new window. You just have to replace the GUID with the one you will fetch by searching with the phone number.
