You might want to check Tenfold. It's a CTI that integrates Dynamics CRM with phone systems. And two of its useful features (among others) are its easy task creation and @mention syntax.
Using natural language processing (NLP), Tenfold can identify phrases like "follow up next week" or "call again tomorrow" in the notes. It then automatically creates a task in the CRM that serves as a reminder for the reps to follow-up on the time/date they indicated.
You can use that side-by-side with the @mention syntax feature. This feature allows you to copy one or more colleagues on your notes. Once selected and saved, your colleagues will receive an email of the notes as well as a direct link to the record in the CRM.
