Hi Everyone,

Anyone have meet the same issue with BC180 On-Premise Web Client after click [Sign Out] button and click [Back] button it will still in the sign in mode and didn't Log Out?

Any solution can fix it?

Hi Nitin Verma,

The issue is every time we click [Sign Out] need to clear Cache 1 time?

Is there any other solution that can solve this?

Hello,

We have seen this behavior before and a fix would be to clear cookies. In the scenario of Azure AD authentication, you may have configured Conditional Access Policy where you could have setup persistent browser.
