I have below flow:

- Create PO > send for confirmation > Vendor confirm order for correct date/ change date > in sum order is confirm in D365.

In the meantime, vendor have delay and want confirm date is changed. How vendor can confirm new date in vendor collaboration ?

You can refer to these official documents: Approve and confirm purchase orders - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. This article describes the statuses that a purchase order (PO) goes through after it has been created, and the effect of enabling change management on POs. In some situations, you might have to change a PO after it has reached an approval status of Approved or Confirmed. Or you can refer to this official document: Review and accept changes to confirmed purchase orders - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. The new Confirmed purchase orders with changes workspace makes it fast and easy to identify and reconfirm changes that have only a low risk of downstream impact.
