Quantity - Inventory with serialnumber.

Hi All,

What is the best way to find out quantity in inventory for an Item with serialnumber?

If I look at Item tracking I can see shipments etc, and I only want the easiest way to see quantity aviable and with serialnumber. Nothing more.

Check the Item Ledger Entries Page, filter for that serial no. and Item No. and where Open is true.

You have several options:

1. Manual analysis using the 'item ledger entries' page as mentioned by other users

2. Use the 'Serial No. Information List' Page. You will have to add every serial no. and item no. combination as an entry in this page manually for existing serial numbers. For new serial numbers, the system can create an entry in here automatically if you check on 'Create SN Info. on posting' in the item tracking code. Afterwards, in the 'Serial No. Information List' Page you can see the Inventory Quantity for each serial numbers.

3. You can create a custom report
