How can I develop a connector in between Magento eCommerce and Microsoft Dynamics GP 2016?
Is there any API system for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2016?

Thanks for the responses guys, it would be cool to connect your Magneto store to Microsoft Dynamics. I will try this for sure, it would make everything easier. Still, the most important thing, in my opinion, is the marketing of your store. You can do it yourself if you know how to, but it's really time-consuming. I tried it, and it was something that I was not able to do properly. The good thing for me is that magento 2 marketing automation exists. I have set it up, and the results were seen fast, it's awesome.
There are lots of idiosyncrasies to deal with when integrating to something like GP. It may be better to consider a pre-written connector. There are also companies that host Magento and already work with GP and that will remove the pain of a custom integration.
Worth reading...
Obviously not much use if you are being paid to produce an integration. - In this case eConnect is your only sensible choice in my opinion, you will need to extend the provided APIs to get to where you need to be with a full e-commerce integration.

Will these work with Microsoft Dynamics GP 2016?:
GP has eConnect, Web Services, Service Based Architecture, Integration Manager, as well as ways into the Dexterity code, adding VB code, and Visual Studio Tools to customize and integrate directly into forms in GP.

In terms of which to use, it depends on what you're doing but eConnect and VSTools are the best, Web Services is simply an extra layer on eConnect, but lets you program in C# against eConnect.
