Intercompany PO/SO

Hi,

I'm doing intercompany/direct delivery SO transactions in D365 but intercompany SO/PO cannot be created.

There is an infolog that says  "Conversion of Mode of delivery code was not specified"

I tried setting the purchase and sales value mapping to "Our" and "Not specified" but still cannot create intercompany transactions.

Pls help.

    What is the use of Not specified and External in Purchase and Sales value mapping in Intercompany setup?

    Hi Marypeace,

    Please read the HAA's explanation, he gave a greate example: community.dynamics.com/.../394408

    In a word, the use of external is to sepcify the value of these fields in two legal entities.

    System doesn't allow set the value to Not sepcified.

    I have had this issue myself - you need to use ours then set up external delivery codes so they match in the delivery terms and modes of delivery, once you have completed this it will then work...
