If any organization restrict the app password ,then how can we use office email in D365 business central email setup.

I think you can try to use Conditional Access to set the app password is not required in BC

You need to be able to authenticate against the mailbox you will be using.
Without some kind of authentication you can not use that e-mail for sending in BC.
So either get the password or have your IT team create a dedicated malbox for BC use.
