Generating Detail Advice Slip Error

When client attempts to print Detail Advice slip for 24 Employees to CutePDF Writer (a printer replacement) they receive the following error message.

This is Canadian Payroll and it has been working for the past 4 years - we just did an update to GP2013 over the weekend and if he prints to screen - no problem.

    Hi Bill,

    The screenprint is too small.  What is the error message?    Also, test using a canned formats as well to see if it's an issue with the modified report or not.

    Case was closed when we learned that client did not have the correct PDF tool installed.  Or that it was not installed correctly.

    All other users were fine - this was in fact a User Generated Error shot and it was corrected once the drivers were corrected.
