Propose to schedule WO during break time

Hello,

I configured a break for a ressource between 12:00PM and 01:30PM and when I use the book button, there is a slot before the break even if there is not enough time to complete it before the break (see attached picture).

Is it normal behavior ? Is it possible to allow/disable scheduling during break ?

    Thanks for your answer. Do you mean service restriction ? Because I set business hours with a break between 12 PM and 1:30PM as you can see on the screenshot and it propose the slot.

    Hi Vicky,

    Time off is not convenient as we cannot set it with recurent model. Break is exactly what we need but we should be able to disallow scheduling during the break.

    Hi Julien,

    Either keep using breaks and develop a booking rule (JavaScript) to prevent users from booking a job. Or you can just not use static breaks and just train the users to put the Booking job status on break themselves?
