I am creating a functionality to get a Next case when User clicks on the button

Please refer the picture. Now i have written a Javascript code to Fetch a new case and assign it to the logged in User. I had to put this script in Global.js as i now no other option, but adding it to Global.js is risky since it may get wiped off in rollup installs. There is no form as such where i can add this script. Please suggest so that i don't need to put this code in Global.js.
