Getting below error while debugging the plugin

Hi,

I am debugging plugin through Plugin registration tool of V(9.x) .

i have downloaded the error file into my plugin file location for the convenience while uploding that error file i am getting below error.

    Hello ,

    Have you profiled the event before generate error file .

    Error detail file should be encrypted .

    Can you put the plugin error file in different location and try to reconnect tool once.
