Hi,
I have a Dynamics 365 subscription for Sales Enterprise Edition, I find the modules (Marketing, Services) that are active. is it normal ?!

Yes, the Enterprise License includes Customer Engagement (Sales), Marketing, Services, Project Service, etc.
The Business Licenses enables just one module at a time.

Yes normal. It is include in the navigation menu with access to some of the features categorized under Marketing and Services that is available for Sales. Here is link to various options vs. Dynamics 365 for Sales:
