Running a Smart List Vendor Contact List Report in Dynamic GP

I am trying to run the vendor contact list located in the smart list but it states that it is only showing me the first 1000 records. I thought it would show every vendor contact we have once I downloaded it into an excel document but it is still only the first 1000 records. How do I run this report so it shows all the contact information for all our active vendors in our system?

You need to open the Search window from the toolbar and increase the Maximum Records

There is a way to set max records higher through administration but an easy way to save this is to them add it as a favorite (name it something) and then it will be available forward with whatever count or search changes you have made
