Business rules criteria not visible

I had previously built and activated 2 business rules on the Campaign Activity entity. When I went in to edit the rules today the rule criteria inside the rules are not displayed. The only thing visible on the form is the Description.

I have system Admin and Customizer rights and are able to view and edit business rules on all other entities.

I think there should be below possible reasons.

    - May be some other user with permission have edited your business rules and you may not aware.

    - you have created rules in other Custom Solutions and you are finding in another.

I suggest to create those rules again as I dont think it is CRM site issue.

    Mande,

When you said 'only Description', can you give the screenshot?

    Thanks.

    Hi Aileen

The sections where one can specify the criteria of the business rule is no longer visible on the form, so it is impossible to edit the rule. I can delete the rule and re-create it, but I would like to know what the cause could be?

Mande, seems like some CRM bug generated in some rare circumstances like Internet went off or disconnected during saving.

    Hi Mande,

Have you tried using other browsers as well. Try to check using Firefox Mozilla.

The screen which you posted is weird. It does not even contain the skeleton of the Business Rule (If.... then... condition... action).

    Thanks
