When I write en email or email template in CRM, it is very unconfortable to format the content. Even if I create the content in MS Word after copy/paste the pistures are not inserted. I simply look for more control over the content created in CRM content editor.

You need to configure a WYSIWYG editor. There are loads of examples on the net.

    Hi Sven,

thank you for you advice. Do you mean exactly to configure the current WYSIWYG editor or to replace it by another one?

    Regards,

You need to replace it..well add a script and then enable that script on your text area.

    Hi FM,

Here's a blog we wrote a while back on how we do our newsletters from crm.

I don't have an answer as this question was already answered. I have a question. Is there a CRM for Dummies that I can find for the formatting issue described here? It seems to me that this forum is designed for software experts; I'm an end user and I don't want to go to my management team and request technical support. I'm very effective with MS Word and I love it. Why would I have to go to a wizard and change the content editor to simply figure out how to use MS Word formatting tools in CRM. After two years since this question was raised, why hasn't MS built these common MS Word features into CRM?
