How can i generate and send a report through workflow and schedule workflow everyday ?

I am trying to create a workflow that would send an email at a certain time each afternoon with a report. The issue I'm having is how to set up a workflow that is just automatically activated at a certain time daily, as well as how to automatically generate a specific report and insert it into an email. Any help or direction is appreciated!

I don't want to use 3rd Party Apps for this.

    Thanks for your reply. I have tested your workflow on my end. Now, i am looking for a similar requirement as written above. I am using Report Entity. So, i cannot create a new attribute for report. Please provide me some help that i can send report every morning to my sales manager.

    I want a step by step procedure to send report via email everyday.

    create a workflow .

    set properties for the any scheduled time .

    e.g time =10 AM.

    send an email.

    this schedule time can be set in process when we define properties of the workflow.
