My client need expand email description. How can i do it?

could you elaborate more on the requirement? Eg. From? . A picture would be helpful.
Here has information about expand. But it does not work in dynamics 365

This classic UI is cruel to use. Finally MS came up with new UI editor/preview for email.

I have a requirement to expand Email description field in Activities for Dynamic 365 .
I followed some blogs but its not worked out even tried to change XMl by creating a new solution but didn't get the option to modify anything for the Description Field .
Please suggest option if there is any out of box feature to make it work .
