Click to posting preview, G/L entry for tax $7 and G/L entry for vendor $107 are not generating correctly. I have try all possible combination of Vat setting to item, vendor and account and still not able to generate G/L entry tax $7. Any setup or combination that I have overlook. Kindly help.

in the purchase order go to the posting, posting preview and post here an image

then clic on G/L Entry and post an image of your GL Entries preview

BTW , are you receiving or receive and invoice?

I am receiving a vendor invoice and input directly to Purchase Invoice function. At the posting preview, entries are displaying but entry for tax does not exist. Must I post it, then tax line will be created?

No, you should not have to post it to have it show the VAT transactions.

If they do not show up in your preview then my guess is that you VAT setup is not correct.

When you do statistics on the Purchase invoice. Do the tax show up there?

You can access the statistics using F7.

Tax area code removed and tax was calculated correctly at Purchase Invoice function. Thank you for highlighting the statistic. It clarify and useful.
