Microsoft Planner integration with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

Hello Community,

Does anyone know if Microsoft Planner can be integrated with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement out of the box? The use case here is we would like the Task activity created in Dynamics 365 to flow into Planner. Would this require some configuration effort such as setting up a Flow or Power Automate, or would this be possible with just some out of the box settings?

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Thank you!

It's showing 404 because Microsoft deprecated the flow integration effective May 2020

As Asif said you can use Power Automate to integrate Dynamics entity, and I recommend use CDS connector to instead of Dynamics connector.

Whenever a new activity in created in Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement a new task will be added to Planner. The task will be assigned to the owner of the Activity in Dynamics 365, You can start with the template

You just need to define some triggers and action as you require.
