Recent Records Missing

Hi, I am observed  recent records missing. Sometimes recent records showing and after sometime recent records missing.Can anyone share why this happening.If any one have solution for this. is this product issue. dynamics365. i verified have security level everything fine.

    No there is no such type of issue in the product.  Might be the browser which may be the reason.  Try to use the IE and see

    Clear your browsing history.  Try another browser.  Also, check the view you are using, it might be filtering out the new records.  Try finding the records in an advance find with no filtering criteria on the product table and see if you see them there.

    It's happening in all browsers, i verified somehow it's not showing recent records. if it's show one or two recent records and next time it's not showing recent records.how to find recent records is there any other way.

    Try using advance find as I stated in my comment on the products table.  Don't apply any filters to the advance find.

    Hi Syed,

    when i am open a record  and then i went recent records now i am able to see record, again i am opening record then i went recent records it's missing earlier record.it showing many records but earlier one not in list.

    Hi Kittu,

    Yes its a default behavior it will always shows the recently opened only(only one record) even though you opened the same records multiple times. For example ,  i have opened account "Alphine" first then i opened "Best o Sale" then i opened agein "Alphine". So it shows as in the top but no duplicate in the list.

    Thanks for your reply, yes, it's working like as you explained.but problems is here sometime which recent records i opened those records missing. like if i open  account A and then if i open account B  then  A record missing sometime latest record B also missing. why this happening? could you please share your knowledge.

    If you are on Premise you can check the table is getting updated correctly. If online pls raise support ticket with MS.
