Business Process Error - Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hi Guys,

I am getting an error message when I try to create a new record. As soon as i press Save I get this message :

Business Process Error

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

We are using CRM 2016 on-line

Please see a log file info below:

    Just received a call from Microsoft who confirmed it was an issue their end that has now been resolved.

    This was running all ok for 1 year. Never had an issue. All option sets and lookup values seems filled it. However is these are not, it would give an error message to compelte missing info, but not this error. please correct me if im wrong.

    I'm pretty sure, that if you take a look into the Plugin Trace Logs, you'll find something like this as exception for your plugin:

    "The plug-in execution failed because no Sandbox Hosts are currently available."

    This should be an infrastructural issue in CRM online.

    This error coming from Plugin???

    Generally this error will come from plugin.means some Option Set value or lookup value is missing...please check the all Fields are filled correctly

    Hi Ras

    Earlier we started getting similar issues in our instance with all plugins throwing the same error.  It seems to be a Microsoft issue and we have a ticket open and are awaiting a resolution.

    We're getting this exception as well, seems to be an outage in Dynamics CRM online.
