Not able to add note to lead form D365 v9

Hi friends,

I want add note to a new form which I am going to use in partner portal. As note can be added to only one form so I deleted it from main form and I am trying to add it in new web form but I am not able to see note icon in form editor. Please anybody knows what I have missed out to achieve it let me know.

Hi Parashuram

Notes in V9 have been renamed to 'Timeline' on the Form Insert View

Please look for 'Timeline' under the Iframe Icon where the yellow 'Notes' icon used to be

If timeline is not present, make sure the notes is ticked under the Entity Definition

Hi ,

As mentioned above 'Timeline' is new word for D365. It works for me.

Configure Notes like want to Upload, Download, Edit, Delete the document from Portal :
