Demand forecast and safety stock not working

Hi All!
Pleasehelp me!
In the old Navision - like 2015 - if when I setup on the item card a safety stock, or add some new demand forecast entry - the planning worksheet realized it - for example like that:

So, my problem is that I set up the same in BC 21, and the planning worksheet does nothing - not seeing the safety stock, and the demand forecast (not creating a suggested line in the worksheet). What am I wrong? Some setup changes or this is a BC bug?

    Hi Daniele!

    I setup everything - on the item card setup the lot-for lot, etc., running the calculate, and nothing happen in the planning worksheet. I create a really new item with a new BOM, there is only 1 new item there, i create the demand forecast, only just this new finished item there, and nothing happen. Every setup looks okay for me.

    Do you have stockkeeping units setup in the old version of NAV?

    No - not use sku in the old and in the BC too

    REALLY thx for your help, this looks like solve all problem:

    Check location mandatory setting on inventory setup. If it's enabled then SKU level

    I took out the mandatory location and the planning worksheet working fine!!!
