Hi All,

I was trying to configure SSO in Business Central v21 On Premise following this blog - Configuring Business Central for Azure Active Directory authentication and OAuth (1) – Kauffmann @ Dynamics 365 Business Central

I did the steps mentioned in the comments as well however I'm still facing this issue.

Can anyone please let me know where I may be going wrong?

Any guidance is highly appreciated.

Can you check if you have added your APP for permission in Azure Active directory in BC and grant consent?

    Thanks.

    Hi Nitin,

The same Azure App was used for SSO in v19 before we upgraded to V21. The necessary permissions have been granted in Azure.

    Thanks.

    hi

Without more specific information about the issue you are facing, it is difficult to determine where you may be going wrong. However, here are a few general tips that may help:

Make sure that you have followed all the steps in the blog post and the comments correctly, including registering the application in Azure Active Directory, configuring the app settings and web.config files, and enabling the OAuth 2.0 authentication provider in Business Central.

Double-check that the configuration settings match between Azure Active Directory and Business Central, especially the client ID and secret, redirect URI, and scope.

Check the Business Central event viewer for any error messages related to authentication or SSO, which may help identify the issue.

Make sure that the user account you are using to test SSO has the necessary permissions in both Azure Active Directory and Business Central.

If you are still having issues, try reaching out to Microsoft support or a Business Central expert for assistance in troubleshooting the issue.
