Mainstream and Extended support end dates for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-premises) Update 2.10 (build 8.2.10.0024)

Hi all,

I'm trying to track down the Mainstream and Extended support end dates for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-premises) Update 2.10 (build 8.2.10.0024), if anyone can help please?

I've done lots of research on the web, but can't seem to find a definitive answer. I've seen the Service Pack Lifecycle Policy here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/17138/service-pack-lifecycle-policy but I'm unsure whether this applies to Update 2.10 as this is being referred to as a 'Service Update', not a 'Service Pack' specifically. I'm not sure whether the wording makes a difference, but I'd like to be 100% certain.

Hello,

Please refer to the following link, support.microsoft.com/.../search, here you will find Mainstream Support and Extended Support End Date for December 2016 Service Pack for Dynamics 365.

Mainstream Support End Date: 1/12/2021

Extended Support End Date: 1/13/2026
