Hi,
I'm currently setting up Field Service for a client. My client needs a report that calculates the utilization for the field service Resources. I figure the report Resource utilization in Project Service should work since the Resources are shared between Field- and Project service.
What setup is required to make this report work? I've added users that show up in the report, but the bookings I make inte calendar don't show. Utilization remain zero.

I have been trying to do the same thing for my field service but I don't think it works. I think the percentages only update for Resources against projects rather than Work Orders. It would be nice however to get someone to confirm if the Resource utilization picks up Resources being booked with Field Service
