Error in Integration Sales to BC

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out what is causing this error in Business Central. All of the items coming from Sales are showing this error message, and in the integration sync job they appear under “Skipped.” I checked the Items, and the “Coupled to Dynamics 365 Sales” field is Checked

Checking on the Items>Related >Unit of Measure: it is coupled and checked there is a checked marked
But under the Item Unit Group List. Not all of the items are checked. Only 2 are checked. I tried to do manual Coupling but this is the error I'm getting

Question:
1. Why does only one item can be coupled on the Unit Group created from the sales? Should I do something to make this couple successful in one unit group?
2. If it is on the Skipped field does it means it is not successfully sync to BC? if yes, why there is a checked marked on the Coupled to Dynamiccs365 Sales.
3. Is the default direction of the Unit Group in BC is "toIntegrationTable"? I'm trying to change it as "fromIntegrationTable" but error is popping out and returning back to "toIntegrationTable"

Hope you can help me to have a successful Integration of Products/Items from Sales to BC.

Thank you

    Hello,

Your sync is failing because Unit Groups and Item Units of Measure must be coupled before items — and each Sales Unit Group can only be linked to ONE BC Unit Group.
So your items are “coupled”, but their Item Unit of Measure (EA) isn’t, which makes the sync job skip them.

Also: Unit Group mappings are one-way (BC → Sales), so the direction always stays toIntegrationTable.

    Regards,
    Oussama Sabbouh
