Issue with Server Side Synchronization in CRM 2013

Two inbound emails from same sender is received at same time in Outlook Functional Mailbox. But only one of the Email gets created in CRM while the other is ignored.

I am saying ignored because there is no error in windows event log. Any suggestions are welcome.

The two emails have slightly different subject and description and number of attachments.
