Assign the job roles and Activities to Teams and users

Kindly give a suggestion how to make this Happened.

I having 2 teams at Same business unit ( Team A,Team B) Both A and B team has 3 Users:

(Team A : 1.John(Sales Manager),2. Asraf(Sales Person),3.Sheron(Sales Person)

Team B: 1.Robert (Sales Manager),2. Mark(Sales Person),3.Priya(Sales Person))

**********My Requirement :********

Now I want to Assign the job role and Activities to Team A.

If I assign the Activities to Team A , only can view and Reply the Activities by Team A and the team members , Team B users cannot view and modified the Team A Activities and also Team A users Cannot alter and view the Team B Activities ,

Kindly give a brief Explanation or step by step process , I am new to the MS Dynamics CRM ,If I get Screen shot or video much much better , it will help me out of this problem

    did the team members belongs to same b.u or different b.u?

    Team a and Team B Users are Different , If i assign the task to Team A users, Team B users won't see that activities ,this is my requirement

    s. Though the users of the team are different their b.u should also be different.

    First u plz check whether the users are able to see other team members records as well  & also check what kind of access rights you have given in their SR of the users.

    Though  the problem pertains u plz change the B.U of the Members of the Team.

    Am talking about users of the Team not about the Owner of the Team.

    Plz check all these.

    what kind of B.U should be assigned to user & Team : - https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg328485.aspx

     In this it clearly state's that the user & Team belongs to Same Parent B.U. If the user of the Team belongs to Parent B.U then no pblm all the users of the team (though the user belongs to Team A & Team B) they can have the parent B.U. By doing so will meet ur requirement.

    But if u want to assign the users with different B.U & not with parent B.U then all the users should have Different B.U. I.e., no users of the Team should have Same B.U. or else u can't meet ur requirement.
